Background
These clients came to us having had an unpleasant experience with their previously engaged builder. The clients had already bought a block of land and needed a different building solution. We inspected their block of land and reviewed their house design and supplied them some suitable standard plans that could be used on their block. We then selected three builders from our approved panel to supply quotations on the design.
Outcomes
This enabled our client to choose a builder who could supply the required outcome budget and a suitable timeframe.
