Background
This couple were new to Australia and based interstate. He was a professional and they were seeking their first investment property and required a solution that would supply instant equity uplift. Due to their financial position they could afford to buy in a higher socioeconomic location.
A suitable site which had just been subdivided from an existing property was identified as suitable for a Duplex. A custom design was supplied which suited the topography of the land.
