Case Study:
Cornubia, Dual Occupancy/Auxiliary, Shane and Julie

Summary

In this New Property Australia Case Study read about a custom design that we came up with for a shallow block of land with a reasonably wide street frontage.

Property Type

Background

This was a custom design that we came up with for a shallow block of land with a reasonably wide street frontage. The clients were nervous investors and were wanting to secure a block of land in a well-established higher socio-economic suburb with good Capital Growth potential. We were able to secure a block of land for them through our network, and came up with a custom design to fit the block of land.

The clients wanted a lot of input into the external colours and look of the façade. They weren’t able to visualise how it would look so we produced them a photo-realistic façade image to enable them to see the chosen colours.

Outcomes

The property achieved a rental figure above the original estimate and at the time of handover was achieving a yield of 6.6% return.
