Background

These clients were very active in the property investment field and were looking to diversify their property portfolio by investing in a marquee development.

With self-directed intentions from the clients we worked very closely with them the whole way through the process of narrowing down potential developments. Having staff on the ground was a great advantage as we were able to quickly get around to the potential sites and undertake physical analysis of the neighbourhoods and report back.

We undertook market intelligence through our Town-Planning connections to identify which areas of the suburb would have new potential developments and which would be protected from further development under the Council and State Government Planning Schemes.

Outcomes

This was of great advantage to our investors as they were able to secure a property in an areas with limited future development and with views that weren’t going to be built out.
