Background

These clients were seeking an apartment investment in Brisbane to form part of their property portfolio.

We undertook some analysis of the Brisbane apartment market and identified that there may be possible over-supply issues in two of the areas that they had nominated as potential investment suburbs.

We offered alternative areas with less current approvals and future apartment supply, and with good current demand and future estimated population growth.

Outcomes

Through our network we were able to secure a suitable apartment for them in a development that was under construction.

The apartment that we identified had an ideal aspect and floor level, with uninterrupted views out towards the North East.
