North Booval, Townhouse Development, Martyn

Background

A seasoned property investor was seeking a small-scale residential development project to compliment his portfolio of commercial properties. We used our extensive network to source a suitable piece of land close to rail and shops and other important infrastructure. We had a town-planning report produced which was favourable to constructing five townhouses on the site. We undertook a feasibility study to prove the viability and potential return of the project. We engaged a builder who experienced in this type of development and could manage the process through to completion and strata-titling of the project.

Outcomes

The client opted to keep all the units as part of his portfolio giving him a good capital uplift and positive cash-flow return.
