Milton, Apartment, Malcolm

Background

This time-poor professional gentleman wished to add to his property portfolio. Having previously purchased a dual occupancy/auxiliary dwelling through us in an outlying suburb which produced a positive cash flow, he then required diversification in both area and property type and was seeking a property in a near CBD location which would potentially provide good Capital Growth over the medium term.

We identified a suburb which was undersupplied with quality apartment stock and offered some choices that were close to rail, coffee shops, restaurants and other key amenities.

Outcomes

He purchased this apartment off the plan in stage two of the development. On completion it was successfully tenanted and achieved above expected rental yield.
