Dual Occupancy

Loganlea, Dual Occupancy/Auxiliary, Steven

Background

A high net worth client required a cash-flow positive property to add to his Self-Managed Superannuation Fund property portfolio as he begun to look at options of replacing his current income for his future retirement.

We provided a number of options for him to choose from in high growth areas with yields above 6.5%.

The client’s final choice was made based on the cash-flow returns and the location of the property to key employment nodes and emerging infrastructure.

Due to constraints the client was unable to fly up to look through the property so we organised a virtual walk-through to be done.

Outcomes

The client was able to envisage the final finished product and take a virtual 360 degree tour through his property.
