Eagleby, SMSF House, Andrew and Alison

Background

This client required a property that was SMSF-compliant to add to their own self-managed superannuation fund.

As a single contract was required in this instance we sourced suitable land and then packaged it with a suitable design, and found a builder that was capable of purchasing the land and building the dwelling so as the fund could settle the property on completion of the dwelling.

There are a limited number of builders that can undertake this process to provide an SMSF compliant house and land package.

Outcomes

We were able to facilitate this for the client from our panel of SMSF capable builders.
