Background

This client was seeking an investment property in the short term which they could move into over the medium term. This required us to use a slightly different strategy that we would for a purely investment orientated client.

We firstly had to isolate the areas of Brisbane that clients were happy to reside in. We then called upon our extensive network to identify available property options within these areas. With the clients input we were able to refine the options down to a couple of suitable properties.

From these options we then used our market intelligence to determine which property would most likely provide the best cash-flow return over the short term until they moved in.

Outcomes

The project was completed on time and the clients were very impressed with the finished product, and look forward to occupying the unit sometime in the future.
