Case Study

Churchill, Townhouse Development, Matthew.

Background

Our client approached us to find a project that we could take him through from the initial sourcing of the land to the final sold product. The client was looking for a capital return from the project which meant that we needed to find an undervalued well-located site that we could enhance the value of.

Using our network of agents, town-planners, designers, engineers etc. we were able to source a suitable block of land that could be developed. We took the client through the process of design and development approval, substantially improving the value of the block.

Outcomes

Our client now has the choice of either selling the property as a development site for profit or completing the project and selling the finished product.
