Bethania, Townhouse, Paul

Background

In this instance the client was looking for his first investment property had a suitable deposit but was limited in borrowing capacity. This meant that we were restricted in the properties that would suit. The client’s strategy was based around investing into an emerging area where there was gentrification taking place, and new people moving into the area.

We undertook a market analysis and identified that a townhouse development in an emerging area that would provide the price point for the client and have good future Capital Growth potential.

Outcomes

We were able to secure the property for our client through our network, and negotiated a lower holding deposit. The development subsequently sold out well before completion, and we secured tenants on our client’s behalf prior to handover.
