Dual Occupancy

Beenleigh, Dual Occupancy/Auxiliary, Stephenson

Background

This client was living in Sydney and had been priced out of the Sydney first home buyer market.

When presented with a statement of Property Investment Advice it showed that an alternative strategy to purchasing a home to live in, was purchasing an investment property in a more affordable area.

We searched the land market and through our contact network we were able to secure a very affordable in-fill block of land in a well established area. The block was located close to many key amenities including shopping, medical, school and transport.

Outcomes

When the rental return was assessed it provided for a return of up to 7.14%. This would provide the client with a positive weekly cash-flow, whilst allowing them to get their foot in the door of the property market without any negative impost on current lifestyle.
